This is my very first artwork. I don’t know exactly why I chose this particular image but it felt the closest to my soul. I also chose the colors intuitively, trusting my own feelings rather than any rules. I remember that as a child I often tried to draw and it brought me a deep sense of joy and calm. Over the years, life carried me in other directions and little by little I drifted away from that feeling. Still it never truly disappeared. There’s something about fall that feels like a deep breath The golden trees, the soft light, the air that smells a little colder. It all makes me slow down for a moment. Sometimes I’m just walking somewhere, thinking about a thousand things and suddenly I notice how beautiful everything looks. It’s like the world quietly reminds you to look up and feel it all 🍂

When I was a teenager I read endlessly and I truly read everything. Science books, science fiction, fantasy, romance, thrillers, historical novels, poetry, drama… the list could go on forever. But what I loved most, especially late at night, was to switch to something very light. Almost childlike. Those books were my way to keep life in balance. Today I decided to reread one of those stories that, back in my teenage years, carried a kind of playful humour, the sort that instantly lifts your mood without you even noticing. And of course I ended up picking up several other books just like it. Light, easy, a little silly but somehow still speaking to me now. Do you have a book that feels like an old friend?
