Something I've found over the past few weeks: ✅ Our mind and body are more resilient than we think, we just need the right incentives (an rest periods). ✅ There is no point in stopping for ideas (ideology). If something works for you, take advantage of it! ✅ It is super important to learn to delegate and prioritize. ✅ The best incentive (at least for me) are the people around us, those who depend on us in some way, whether to learn, to heal, or to get ahead financially. ✅ For the above point to work well it is necessary that first and foremost you yourself are your priority, if you are not well for yourself, you cannot be there for others. Algo que he comprobado en estas semanas: ✅ Nuestra mente y nuestro cuerpo son más resistentes de lo que creemos, solo necesitamos los incentivos correctos. ✅ No tiene caso detenerse por ideas (ideología). Si algo te funciona, ¡aprovéchalo! ✅ Es súper importante aprender a delegar y priorizar. ✅ El mejor incentivo (al menos para mí) son las personas que nos rodean, aquellos que dependen de nosotros de alguna forma, ya sea para aprender, para sanar, o para salir adelante económicamente. ✅ Para que el punto anterior funcione bien es necesario que ante todo tú mismo seas tu prioridad, si no estás bien para ti, no podrás estar ahí para los demás.
