The below excerpt is from the states laws concerning CWFLs (7) The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services shall maintain an automated listing of licenseholders and pertinent information, and such information shall be available online, upon request, at all times to all law enforcement agencies through the Florida Crime Information Center. If i were a malicious state and wamted to attempt disarming the citizens a liat of conceal carry license holders would be my FIRST stop. Does it meet the law? While this is not a list of firearms owners, technically, I'd be willing to bet that guns could be found at the residences of license holders.
