A system reboot in 30 seconds If you need to get out of a funk, try a cold shower. Here's what happens: All your cells tense and then un-tense. You don't have to think about it - it instantly happens. It's like a system reboot. In terms of physical intelligence, your body does the work for you. You can also do a brisk walk in the morning or a workout, but a cold shower seems to last much longer. The dopamine response is incredible. Give it a go - especially if you're on the left of the wheel. When you're stuck on the left, you lack tension and energy. The cold forces the tension your system is missing. Rob P.S. Grab the book if you want to understand which side of the wheel you're running: https://www.glitchthebook.co image

I do this daily. Move with my breath, inhaling as I rise, exhaling as I lower. It's a work-in exercise that builds internal electrical charge, chi. As I breathe in, my cells tense. As I breathe out, they release. I do this on my balcony in the sun. I also combine it with earthing. Bare feet on the ground, connecting to the planet's charge. "You are a bioelectric being, and you need connection with your natural electric source — the Earth's electric energy. It establishes the most natural state of your electric body. It nourishes every cell." - Clint Ober We are batteries that need charging. And that's not only from food. image

Mind mastery comes from understanding not control. A mind controlled makes for “uncontrolled” surprises.

The fatal coding flaw that stops left-siders (hamster wheel) becoming successful. I had a session yesterday with a young client who wants to become a pro footballer. Within minutes I could see his coding. The fatal flaw that would sabotage him. When I showed him the hamster wheel his eyes popped. He could see it running real time as he thought about increasing his training. If you're on the left side of the wheel you want to support yourself. Be valuable. Achieve. But your coding will sabotage this every time. Computer says no. This is why left-siders self-sabotage. Why they're not consistent. Why they work hard for weeks then mysteriously stop. I should know. I experienced this throughout my life in sport. I wish I had known this in my teens. It took me 30 years to solve this puzzle. I go into detail in this video. #hamsterwheels #bitcoin #plebchain #asknostr #health #mindset

GM Finally back in Madeira after a decompress in the Algarve and an incredible conference in Manchester. I definitely needed the quiet time in the Algarve as the book took more out of me than I thought. Battery recharged. In Manchester I gave a talk on how mental suffering is a coding issue. I framed the talk that way as the whole audience were coders. I only had 20 minutes but I think I hooked people well enough to start looking for their own hamster wheels. Afterwards I signed copies of Glitch and sold more than I thought I would, which felt great. I was also approached by someone who wants me to do some corporate work in the UK for a big company, which I'm excited about, and I also think I'm going to be invited to talk at a huge conference next year. Being in person is next level for connection and I've realised I want to do more in-person speaking. I've done a few keynotes in the past but I can see that's where my skill set is best suited. I love that connection. I was also asked to do a live workshop on the last day with about 15 people showing up to learn how to debug their own operating system. Amazing fun seeing people see their patterns in real time. They can now go away with the book and set themselves free and transform any limitations in their own lives so as to live optimally. Hope you have a great week. Rob @Nostrshire @Bitfest

Looking forward to my talk today - Internal Freedom Tech - its a code issue. Will be doing live work with people afterwards in the expo room - showing how to debug your own glitchy software. Going to be fun. @Nostrshire @Bitfest #nostrshire #bitfest

I’m thinking of doing a live debug session at #bitfest. I want people to see live how this work works. 20 mins is tight and it’s risky as it’s live. Watching my fear - right/ wrong hamster wheel spinning in case it’s a fuck up. 😂 @Nathan Day @Bitfest
