A system reboot in 30 seconds
If you need to get out of a funk, try a cold shower.
Here's what happens:
All your cells tense and then un-tense. You don't have to think about it - it instantly happens.
It's like a system reboot.
In terms of physical intelligence, your body does the work for you.
You can also do a brisk walk in the morning or a workout, but a cold shower seems to last much longer. The dopamine response is incredible.
Give it a go - especially if you're on the left of the wheel.
When you're stuck on the left, you lack tension and energy. The cold forces the tension your system is missing.
