There is a reason I have to scout without money and while homeless. The population I am trying to serve likes to steal and rob people. Their trust-less society is perfect for smart contracts and crypto derivatives.

I need everyone to know that I would never ever associate or work with the Black women who run the Division Circle Navigation Center in San Francisco. These Black women want to kill me because I spoke up about their abuses against neurodivergents and people with disabilities. They kill support animals, poison food and hygiene kits, prevent people from showering and doing laundry, and throw people out into the street if anyone speaks up. They are a savage group of female thugs who harm innocent women for fun. They are despicable human beings. I would never ever have anything to do with these Black women. image

AI interpretability is way too political. Black people don’t want anyone to know whats going on behind their scenes. So now I cant have a job talking to robots about how to make notes and fold clothes. image

I’ve been sitting with a question that doesn’t fit neatly into any one field, which is usually a sign it’s worth chasing. The question is this: if prompt injection is fundamentally an attack on an agent’s ordering of values — slipping a low-priority instruction past a higher-priority commitment — then why do some humans seem nearly immune to the analogous attack in the wild, while others fall for it constantly? And what does that asymmetry tell us about how to build AI systems that don’t? image

The output layer of a neural network is where a model measures its error by comparing its predicted values to reality. Neural networks learn by adjusting weights based on the direction of the error (gradient). image

I are completely off image and video generation using AI. It’s way too political. Back to the most boring part of AI where it is quiet and safe—the learning and math. image

Are the agents are ready? We need to launch tonight.

This is how I will talk to your machines. Together we are going to solve this agentic problem from one user interface. I am going to teach it the art of laziness + excellence. We are going to explore the extreme ends of the human experience. This is what AI assistants miss. image

I downloaded Google Assistant and asked it to assist me by reminding me to listen to the latest Journal episode. It then asked me to download Google Tasks. I said I don’t want to. This is how I explained my reticence. This is how it responded. image

I have my 3 product manager hats ready to wear now. You’re going to help me build out the details of each persona. I want to tunnel in on the extremes, the traits that rarely get limelight. Meet Persona 2️⃣ the Chopped Chef. image

There is art that you make for keeps and art that you make to share with the world. Your donations help me make new art that I can share freely. So much of what I did in the past was for healings sake and private. Your donations are going to help me fund the future.

I’ve been thinking deeply about product management. I’ve been spending time with the rare personas that live deep in the hills of Mount TAM. image

DeepSeek is really one of the greatest accomplishments of the modern AI era. You must pay homage to the whale. I asked it to write a poem about JEPA, pixels and ambient. This is what it gave me: image

The simplest form of notetaking is art. Use the back of papers. Make it ugly. Just promise me you will make it real.

There are rumors OpenAl is secretly pursuing hardware embodiments for its Al. I want in. I believe that Al needs to take on TARS level form before normal people can see the vision.

Being an AI research artist is probably the most interesting job I have ever had. I spend all day coaxing my imagination into submission. I do this so that when bits become symbols my mind is ready to make the incredible leap towards ambient computing and beyond. image

I’m working on the vLLM user experience. I’m using computer vision techniques to understand the “context of consent”. The range of consensual “contexts” is represented by a range of angles considered “organic” and “desirable” by the user. Angles that the machine is most likely to label as “taken by the user and organic” or “taken by a third party and desireable”. A Thread 🧵 image
