It wasn’t a New Year’s resolution, but a growth mindset to accept a 30 day no sugar personal challenge.
For growth to become a Callus, hardened in your soul, I use the Army’s method: “crawl, walk, run.”
This 30 day challenge (crawl) to skip the pastry, donut, chocolate, processed sweets will morph into 60 days, then 90 days (walk) and after 1 year (run), the callus has formed, the mindset matured.
I’ve taken this approach for almost everything from quitting smoking, porn, drinking and more.
The mind is powerful.
