bitcoin in self custody along with Bitcoin node = freedom. freedom is worth more than 90k per coin.

Thank you for not buying. I had to move money from my old 401k into unchained so I could secure real bitcoin within a pre tax retirement plan. The process took 3 weeks. I have completed the roll over and have the bitcoin in self custody. You can resume buying, or selling, but I’m happy the price stayed sub 90k while the money was in transit.

This week I will purchase over 500k USD worth of freedom. I will keep fighting for bitcoin. It’s the best tool we have to take power away from the people who are currently ruling over us. And, today, it works.

The ETFs and banks are good for bitcoin. A means of distribution; a 3rd scaling layer. However, we must never forget WHY bitcoin has any value to begin with. How was Bitcoin able to go from zero to a 2 trillion dollar asset class? What features ultimately forced the banks and traditional finance into submission? From a talk forum to Main Street. The psychopaths writing code, running nodes, contributing to rough consensus, promoting self custody, educating, home mining, creating circular economies… These are the protectors of Bitcoin. If we ever lose them, the ETFs won’t matter because Bitcoin will wither away.

Everybody, especially children, wants to “fit in.” We are a social species. But, there is no need to try and be “like everybody else.” Our differences make the world more beautiful and interesting.

Very soon, everybody will let me know how lucky I am. HODLing, buying more, continuing to champion self custody and node running, helping to promote mining decentralization…. Now, I’m an “idiot, low IQ gambler.” Soon enough, “it was all luck.”

The traditional financial system is no comparison to using bitcoin. I am rolling over my 401k to @unchained 1) Sell MSTR in the self directed brokerage 2) Wait two days for trade to clear 3) Send funds from SDB to main 401k account 4) Wait two days for this to clear 5) Request a check which must be mailed to me personally, then to unchained (Fortis) 6) Wait 4 days for check to process 7) Finally, buy bitcoin and the pain will be over I will be much happier when the funds are secured with unchained 2/3 MS

Banks and nation states were forced to adopt bitcoin. As bitcoin grows and becomes financialized the remnant must continue to protect the protocol. Nation states and banks may never grok the features that set Bitcoin apart. But, if the remnant doesn’t protect bitcoin, the project will die. Protect bitcoin, regardless of price.

‘All’ of the bitcoin are secured by a private key(s). The key is secured by an individual, a group of individuals, or a business.

I didn’t read the Clarity Act. I use bitcoin because it operates independent of tyrannical governments. I would prefer 3,000 USD per bitcoin and absolute monetary freedom over 1 million per coin.

After listening to the @saylor interview with @_DannyKnowles , I am glad I am no longer a share holder of MSTR. I sold 500k last week and plan to sell more this week. He refers to Danny as "ignorant and offensive" and berates him throughout the interview for asking simple questions. I wish Saylor and MSTR shareholders well, but I am glad to be out.
