Does Damus have a way to quickly prove you have personally verified an npub? Would there be a way for the user to assign a “check mark” of a particular color to a given noun so they can quickly say “yes, that is the real jack or Derek or sathoarder” as opposed to a fake account?

We shouldn’t build protocols for the most lazy and uninterested humans. We shouldn’t sacrifice the high ideals of bitcoin (or NOSTR) in an effort to scale the protocol to people who couldn’t care less. If you can’t manage a private key or write down a seed phrase… Bitcoin and NOSTR will be the least of your problems. Go to Bluesky. Use fiat money.

Does multi-sig, using two different signing devices mitigate From 2 different manufacturers mitigate the Dark Skippy Nonce attack? If both devices were independently loaded with corrupt software, I guess it would still be possible? Props to @Stephan Livera for 2 great episodes on this issue.
