I take an extreme care on whatever gets through my throat and on my skin… & in my mind but that last is the hardest part 😂
On #carnivore way of life or #diet at first, when u manage to get free game meat or grass fed and finished animals get a food drier and dry your meat no matter the size but 1 or 1.5 mm thick slices (0.05 ‘’)
Don’t add salt if you share with your #dog 🤣but if you don’t go ahead as it will add build in flavor 😋
Longevity to me = #healthspan
& human #freedom too
& much more.
