أمة لا يقدسها الله ،،، لا بارك الله في حجها ولا في طقوسها ،،،غثاء كغثاء السيل أصابها الوهن : حب الدنيا وكراهية الموت عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ رضي الله عنه، قَالَ: جَاءَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَتَقَاضَاهُ دَيْنًا كَانَ عَلَيْهِ، فَاشْتَدَّ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى قَالَ لَهُ: أُحَرِّجُ عَلَيْكَ إِلَّا قَضَيْتَنِي، فَانْتَهَرَهُ أَصْحَابُهُ، وَقَالُوا: وَيْحَكَ، تَدْرِي مَنْ تُكَلِّمُ؟ قَالَ: إِنِّي أَطْلُبُ حَقِّي، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "هَلَّا مَعَ صَاحِبِ الْحَقِّ كُنْتُمْ؟"، ثُمَّ أَرْسَلَ إِلَى خَوْلَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ، فَقَالَ لَهَا: "إِنْ كَانَ عِنْدَكِ تَمْرٌ فَأَقْرِضِينَا حَتَّى يَأْتِيَنَا تَمْرُنَا فَنَقْضِيَكِ"، فَقَالَتْ: نَعَمْ، بِأَبِي أَنْتَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: فَأَقْرَضَتْهُ، فَقَضَى الْأَعْرَابِيَّ وَأَطْعَمَهُ، فَقَالَ: أَوْفَيْتَ أَوْفَى اللَّهُ لَكَ، فَقَالَ: "أُولَئِكَ خِيَارُ النَّاسِ، إِنَّهُ لَا قُدِّسَتْ أُمَّةٌ لَا يَأْخُذُ الضَّعِيفُ فِيهَا حَقَّهُ غَيْرَ مُتَعْتَعٍ"؛ [أخرجه ابن ماجه (2426)، وصححه الألباني في صحيح ابن ماجه (1984)]. ومعنى غَيْرَ مُتَعْتَعٍ: أي: دونَ مُمطالةٍ أو أنْ يُصيبَه أذًى يُقلِقُه ويُزعجُه لمَّا رَجَعَتْ إلى رسولِ اللَّهِ صلَّى اللَّهُ عليهِ وسلَّمَ مُهاجرةُ البحرِ قالَ: ألا تحدِّثوني بأعاجيبِ ما رأيتُمْ بأرضِ الحبشَةِ، قالَ فِتيةٌ منهم: بلَى يا رسولَ اللَّهِ، بينا نحنُ جلوسٌ مرَّت بنا عجوزٌ من عجائزِ رَهابينِهِم تحملُ علَى رأسِها قُلَّةً من ماءٍ، فمرَّت بفتًى منهم فجعلَ إحدى يدَيهِ بينَ كتفيها ثمَّ دفعَها فخرَّت علَى رُكْبتَيها فانكسَرت قُلَّتُها، فلمَّا ارتفَعتِ التفتَتَ إليهِ فقالَت: سوفَ تعلَمُ يا غُدَرُ إذا وضعَ اللَّهُ الكرسيَّ وجمعَ الأوَّلينَ والآخِرينَ وتَكَلَّمتِ الأيدي والأرجلُ بما كانوا يَكْسِبونَ، فسوفَ تعلَمُ كيفَ أمري وأمرُكَ عندَهُ غدًا. قالَ: يقولُ رسولُ اللَّهِ صلَّى اللَّهُ عليهِ وسلَّمَ: صدَقَتْ صدَقَتْ، كيفَ يقدِّسُ اللَّهُ أمَّةً لا يؤخَذُ لضَعيفِهِم مِن شديدِهِم؟! الراوي : جابر بن عبدالله | المحدث : الألباني | المصدر : صحيح ابن ماجه الصفحة أو الرقم: 3255 | خلاصة حكم المحدث : حسن التخريج : أخرجه ابن ماجه (4010) واللفظ له، وأبو يعلى (2003)، وابن أبي حاتم في ((التفسير)) (18954)

Islamic society and governance is based on ideas like liquid democracy, libertarianism, voluntaryism, participation based rights, cooperation not enforcement, voluntary participation social safety net, federalism/confederalism mix union with political entity flexibility not based on geography but on people from individuals to groups of different sizes and types, absolute free market with exception and fighting riba/usury, absolute free speech and expression with exception of inciting enemy states to attack us and Qathf(unproven adultery accusations), Absolute freedom of assembly, decentralized society/governance bottom up, central top government is not all-powerful but is limited and more management of funding and certain issues rather than operating anything so something like zakat or whatever is managed by them almost whatever comes towards them and not already solved at the most local levels first but would be operated by third parties, etc. Everything is segmented but is glued together by goodwill and voluntarily with possibility for peaceful succession or whatever. Even judicial systems are decentralized and agreed upon from local levels to individuals agreeing on a certain court, etc. Peace not violence, but violence only against aggressive violence. Flexibility of laws between different sects/schools of Muslims and obviously different laws for non Muslims, everything based on choice and voting and participation not coercion by threat of state force or majority or minority or individual dictatorship, etc.
