Sobriety is not the disconnect from addiction, it is a reconnection of meaningful relationships and bonds with those you care for and those who care for you.

“The FHA’s involvement was so pervasive that full-time government inspectors were stationed at the construction sites where Levittown and similar projects were being built. As William Levitt testified before Congress in 1957, “We are 100 percent dependent on Government.”” — The Color of Law: A Forgotten History of How Our Government Segregated America by Richard Rothstein https://a.co/f92bBba

It’s important to note that as of 2020, the Federal Reserve (the Central Bank of the USA) reduced reserve requirement ratios to zero percent in order to stimulate the economy. Please share what you know will be the aftermath of this action.

There are virtually endless human wants…but there is only limited resources and time. Human behavior is the reflection of this reality.

There are no solutions, only trade-offs. When looking at the world through a lens that identifies resources in terms of their scarcity you’re forced to consider the following: Scarcity forces us to weigh the pros and cons of how we use our resources and make trade-offs. The scarcity of a particular resource will determine one’s behavior when interacting with that resource.

Money itself doesn’t have the power to satisfy human wants; it’s just a tool that allows us to trade one commodity for another.

I realize now that one of the greatest gifts I’ve been given by the almighty God of the universe is God fearing parents. I can remember having family worship growing up. We sung hymns and read the Bible together as a family. I can remember my father singing or whistling hymns and gospel tunes while washing dishes or doing other work around the house. I find my self doing these same things today. I just paused before writing this while listening to one of my favorite contemporary gospel bands Maverick City Music the song is “Most Beautiful So Beautiful” I realized how my parents have shaped me and my behavior. If your parents have raised you to love God and Christ, or they raised you with structure, boundaries and strict discipline, you are better for it. You know this! Unfortunately there are those who have not been raised this way and they don’t realize how powerful what they’ve missed out on is. If this doesn’t resonate with you that’s ok. It will resonate with someone, and in that moment God will be praised. This is what I’ve been created to do. Praise God, spread peace, love, and the gospel message. Amen…

Privatize the United States Postal Service. Watch and see how much more efficient and productive the service becomes. I’d be the first in line to buy a post office and the routes the station services.

“In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who will judge the living and the dead, and in view of his appearing and his kingdom, I give you this charge: Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction. For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths. But you, keep your head in all situations, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, discharge all the duties of your ministry. For I am already being poured out like a drink offering, and the time for my departure is near. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day—and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing.” ‭‭2 Timothy‬ ‭4‬:‭1‬-‭8‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Start putting a value on items you see in a store in terms of hours of your life it will take you to earn enough of your nation’s currency to purchase that item. For example…Those $200 pair of shoes will take me 8 hours of my life that I can never get back to purchase. If the shoe enables you to work more efficiently subsequently enabling you to earn more, it could be worth the purchase. If the shoe cannot enhance your productivity, or efficiency you may choose to not purchase the shoe. My son started a small business and now he values his time differently. I heard him tell his sister that he’s not spending his money on something she asked to him to buy because it will take him “X” amount of time to earn that money back. On his own my son made a choice about how much his time is worth and realized his time was worth more than a material item. His behavior (time preference) changed because of his experiences. Give your children the necessary experiences to change their behavior. Whatever that means for you (not telling anyone how to parent). This must be an intentional effort on our part as parents. Hope this inspires someone. Peace & Love

When someone introduces themself as an “OG” Bitcoiner do you: 1. Cringe 2. Smile 3. Laugh 4. Look confused 5. Ask them…what is that? For those that don’t know what “OG” stands for, it means Original Gangster.

Why would you want to let the public know what you’re spending money on? When I use Venmo I see transactions from many of my coworkers and phone contacts. Is there any good reason to allow the public to see these transactions…?
