The cheapest way to get SATs I have found is to buy at set price on Bitaroo, 0.15% maker fee. Then send to Wallet of Satoshi, 1000 sat fee. Then to strike, about 100 SATs, then send low priority to cold storage for no fees in excess of the on chain fee. Its KYC, but you jump between companies in different countries via lightning.
