This merger intertwines their futures, blending X’s vast data, reach, and distribution with xAI’s AI expertise. Now, let’s break down the math for the original X investors. Musk bought Twitter in 2022 for $44 billion. Reports from late 2024 indicated that X investors were granted a 25% stake in xAI, which, at the time, was valued at $50 billion in a fundraising round—implying a $12.5 billion stake for X investors. Less than 4% of the world's population owns Bitcoin. This shows you how early we still are, as many people think we are late. There will come a time when there will be a tipping point, just like disruptive S-curves. We are getting very close to the 5-8% range of adoption, then adoption go vertical. The only metric that matters is adoption. Then everything else follows.

The Lightning network is not working well. Recently, the number of channels has declined to around 52,700, down from 90,000 - not good. The sum channel value - in Bitcoin terms - has fallen off a bit, too. We need something better, cheaper, and faster to run for Bitcoin. With some huge improvements, maybe it's lightning, but I am doubtful. I bring this up because I just tried to fund my Alby wallet with some sats to pay for the monthly invoice incoming. I tried to use Kraken, Binance and Coinbase to buy some sats, and transfer them over their Lightning node and all of them failed. I finally got Kraken to work but only after 2 days of working wither engineers to address the problem.

Trump admin introduced a 25% tariff on ALL vehicles not made in the United States. This tariff will go into effect on April 2nd. About 40% of all new cars sold in the US are imported, so this tariff is a big deal. It will be a massive boost to those who make their cars in the USA.

Robinhood (HOOD) will be the next stock to announce ₿itcoin on the balance sheet. IMO

GameStop will not be using their 4.5BN cash pile when they can borrow at 0% This is the infinite money glitch that Saylor and Strategy started and it is catching on. This ₿ull market is just catching its stride. Hang on tight, it's going to be wild.
