I spend an average of 10 minutes a day on legacy social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.) ranging from 0-30 minutes a day. If you want to stop Big Tech from fiat mining you and your data, you have to change your behavior.

Everyone, including Bitcoiners are being punished by the fiat system existing as long as it has. It is a violation of the Natural Order and violations of that kind have consequences. The way we end our punishment is by having low time preference behavior and adopt Bitcoin to the greatest degree possible as our daily money and as our savings vehicle. This may not be an appealing answer but shouting at natural consequences to moral choices is like shouting at a rock for falling onto the ground.
