Today on AppAddict - Update on Options for Updating Apps - With nearly over 500 apps installed on the MacBook I use for testing, keeping everything updated is a daily chore. I wonder if the US will ever recover its reputation on the world stage. 
I solved this problem by marrying someone way smarter than I am. If you cannot take this drastic step (e.g. already married) , you can use this chart to overcome the issue.
