You would’t believe how many people I saw in my 30-year IT career who thought a good off-label use of their trash/recycle bin was as long term storage for documents. They found it easier to open that Shortcut on their desktop then to make a real folder to actually put stuff in.
My health insurance makes me use CVS-Caremark for certain benefits. CVS sends email suggesting that I ask for cheaper & less effective meds to save "up to $46 a year!" My favorite was when they wanted me to stop an antidepressant and take Valium instead. I'm a recovering addict x18 years.
