Not everything needs to have a Nostr integration

We went from 0 to 100k without any regulatory clarity, but now it seems we need that to simply double. Also, the words Bitcoin and regulation shouldn’t go on the same phrase.

Housing market in The Netherlands is going bananas. From 1990 to 2020 the median income almost double from 19k to 36k, however the average house price went up 4.5 times.
