I feel bad for my brother, his gf broke up with him. He's a good kid, but women keep cheating on him, ect. She told him "she just doesn't want to drag him down" when she broke up with him.
He's nice and respectful, works hard, owns his own home (paid for) at 23 (he inherited it) and women just shit on him.
I keep telling him its because he dates white women, but he wont listen.

Oh I had a win today, after a few months of pretending I own a big painting business (it's just me but no body needs to know), I closed a deal on a 4 story exterior project and they have like 190 units in the building. It's a small project just touch-up type stuff around the exterior, but it looks big and cool.
I told the lady we really don't need to get out the boom lift (acting like i drive them all the time) because it wouldn't make the project fit in their budget.
But now I have 30 days to hire a crew, get a truck and some 40 foot ladders...
