It should be built for the open web, and books from project Gutenberg be automatically populated. Only Creative Common or Public books should be allowed to flourish. A PWA should be created for mobile experience. A great UX should be delivered. Functionalities should include deep-linking, bookmarking, quoting, sharing and funding. Top authors should be highlighted. Quality books should be community decided. Categories and subcategories should be made available. Technical books should be incentivized. Quality.should be seek and found. Authors should be invited to publish on the platform, with fair analytics, direct contact with readers and direct funding from fans. Reading experience.should be paramount. Version control and github books allowed.
