BTC always pumps the days of my recurring buys. Anyone else?

I have been wondering who would have incentive to short bitcoin. Seems like someone is to ensure the price doesn’t go above a certain level. It also seems like a silly losing battle. Also seen posts about specific algorithms going off everyday at around a certain time. Easy answer is some government doing it behind the scenes. But I think there might be a plot to make this seem like the bull market that didn’t happen. Everyone’s expectations of the 4 year cycle then collapse causing an absolute collapse in the market. Then certain parties come in and swoop up all the cheap BTC in the aftermath of the collapse. After the ETFs BTC caught the all time high no problem, now post halving is when it struggles? Just doesn’t seem right to me. And probably is undervalued.
