Orchard v1.8: AI agent for your lightning node
This latest release of the Free and Open Source **Orchard** project introduces a complete **agent system** for operators:
* Create custom jobs that run on **any interval**
* Alerts via **Telegram**
* Two-way chat via **Telegram**

## Tool Kit
The agent has access to an early list of tools that are, for now, **read only**.
It can collect real-time information and historical activity to power custom tasks
* deliver regular system reports
* failed payment alerts
* abnormal system activity
* channel closes & opens

## Chat Anywhere
Chat in real time with your **lnd** or **cln** node.

## AI Inference
The inference engine can run locally and privately with Ollama, or through OpenRouter with an API key
***
