Have there been any significant relay hacks yet?

When zaps are public it seems they could be used as a form of self promotion (e.g., by a company); in a sense piggy backing off of someone else's reach. So I bet as someone's audience grows the rate at which they get zapped is more than proportional to their audience size, which means it might be possible for some people to make serious money this way.

Should zaps often be proportional to the amount of proof of work in a note? Provide an incentive for quality memesmanship.
