You love it or you hate it, but I contemplate moving to central Texas and the biggest downside for me are the property taxes. Property taxes are dynamic and change over time. What a fcking scam real estate is. For its utility, use it. As an investment, absolutely RETARDED and a hard no IMO. Almost certain this is going to be a slow dying investment ideology as more humans start thinking a lil more.

Why can't humans simply believe in a god and live By three rules -Create more than you destroy -Don't hurt other people -Don't take things from other people that were not given to you or earned Arguing over religion and who's correct, or not being with somebody based on some dumb religious ideology that was likely created by humans is so average to low IQ. Get it together stupid. Sometimes I want to slap people, but that would probably hurt.

My friend has three dogs and takes on foster dogs until they find a home. This one is a three and a half to four month year old girl. I think she was abused in some way. She's super skiddish, but I took her literally 12 hours or so today and socialized her. It is tempting. I had my bro dog's baby batter collected earluer this year. It is cryogenically stored. My next pup will be a female, and I will attempt to breed her with him. The idea is I save his DNA, breed it, and I will have some of his genetic characteristics in the pups- keep two pups. She could be a good candidate. I miss my Brodi so much, It was nice playing with a puppy all day.

There has to be some direct correlation to increased understanding of things in the world and the general feeling of loneliness around the average person.
