Haven't consumed anything but this for about 32 hrs. Not too bad yet. Got my 10,000 steps in yesterday. Working all day, so I'll get even more movement in. Per the expert in that video, you can fast for up to 40 days on average before you have to start worrying about certain things. Wild. I've never gone more than two and a half days. But I also eat only whole foods very low on the glycemic index so I really don't get hungry or hunger pains often, if at all. You would think I was a squirrel. I look like a ninja turtle, so it's not for weight. I'd I have 8% body fat. It's more of a cleanse, Autophagy. I'm unsure of my visceral fat but if there's any in there, it'll help. I'm going to do two to three days or more fasts throughout the next two months to see if I can get my A1C level down on the next test. While fasting, I won't be taking supplements. The only thing I will drink is coffee once or twice a day so that I can have some sort of pleasure. I will also drink my molecular hydrogen.
