Could probake a few including the oxidizers for less than $50. When the perpetrator takes your phone, which you will just be standing out there as bait. Detonate. Depending on the flavor of air displacement one chooses, perp will partially vaporize. You'll want to watch them and act fast to trigger as one doesn't one to detonate out of sight as innocent bystander collateral damage is no bueno. Please get it on video.
