Was using Verizon for phones and ATT for internet. Switched everything to T-Mobile a couple days ago. As a family we are saving $140 a month and getting 3-4x the download speed.

I’ve been sick for over a week. It’s been very very bad. Turns out I had strep throat, something I don’t ever remember getting before. It really kicked my ass!

My uncle was a county commissioner for many years and for a short time he was a state senator. I have a large family and he is by far the most full of shit. But to be fair he got me out of jail when I was 17 which was nice.

Still doing my burpees every day, just nowhere near 100. I basically use them for a warmup/rest period between whatever muscle group I’m working that day. It has done wonders for my back I just can’t handle that much volume.
