Sovereign Generation (generasi merdeka)

Dear Nostur, we just finished our social media account in instagram and tik tok to reach teachers in Indonesia. Tomorrow, all the team members will meet offline in bogor, and discuss the learning modules, creating videos and posts for social media. If things run according to plan, in the next two weeks we will starting to reach out to schools!

Tomorrow, we will be meeting with one of the prospectives school to work together. This one school is yet- orange pilled. But they’re used to doing Project based learning.

Nostur, yesterday we had a meeting with new teammates that were so passionate about education and helping young generation. We talked about bitcoin, inflation, gold, the future of money, I’m personally glad that they asked so many questions and want to know more about it. We talked about future collaboration and roles they want to take. We will have two new people helping with modules development and teacher training and one friend helping with social medias and design. I think if there are more ladies are interested in this topic, there might be a women only bitcoin meeting in Jakarta? Perhaps? Hopefully? So excited! Finger crossed

Ah, we decided to change our name into Bahasa Indonesia: Generasi Merdeka. In English, it translates to Sovereign Generation. I think that really encapsulates our goals and dreams. For the logo, we’re thinking of something like “from schools to HODLers, toward sovereignty.”

The proposal for the school is ready! Once the module is finished and the website and social media are set up, we’ll be ready to reach out to schools for the pilot. Excited (and a little nervous)!
