Absolutly smashed tonight’s dinner. Two grass-fed Scottish fillet steaks, local farmshop bought steamed fine green beans with boiled halved baby potatoes that were tossed and crisped in butter, grated garlic and black pepper. Plated up and drizzled over with the juice from the rested steaks. Sorry, no photos this time but it hit the spot! 🤤
