#nostronly that's a good hashtag. Just been explaining why I'm launching a new business and Nostr is going to be my only social media platform. Simple. I don't want to go slowly mad on the mental madhouse that is mainstream social media. And I don't need to reach a gazillion people online from day one anyway. To drum up customers for my egg business, I need 100 max, (restaurants, bars, general public mix) I need to go the direct route, knocking on local doors, local businesses. It is doable in rural Spain. That's how it works best, because people like to know who they are buying from. Handing over a few sample eggs doesn't hurt the cause either. And because Nostr is way more than social media, I want to integrate as many Nostr apps into my web based workflow. For instance, the day before a delivery I message the customers. Currently its going to be a Whatsapp, because everyone in Spain is on Whatsapp. But I dont need to Whatsapp everyone in Spain, just my customers. So if they are on Nostr, I should be able to message a bunch of people from what, Nostrchat or some other Whatsapp killer. To persuade my customers to join Nostr, just offer a running 5% discount. I can set them up on Nostr on the spot. Message them to show it works. If it's meant to be, my general Nostr reach to the wider world should grow as Nostr grows too.

I'm still like a kid at Christmas when I look around the garden or the olive grove and spot something I planted from seed or have followed since it appeared out of nowhere. Go to 15:36 Cue Nostr, anyone? I am very impressed with how laid back but useful Nostr is. On Twitter I can recall the angst of checking my feed. Checking Nostr is more like checking a regular email account a few times a day. It doesn't feel like a threatening relationship.Nw and again its not good news, but most of th time, I'm not anticipating checking into a string of abusive emails, or spam. They are well filtered these days!

What can I say from Shipyard.pub? Not so obvious how to get started. Now I'm writing in draft form, nice. Added a gif just to make the point. Removed all distractions in full screen mode. Not sure why the text is overflowing my mobile screen. How do I get out of full screen? Just hit something and ended back at the start saying I had no drafts. Shoot the bed. Clicked on write again, and I'm back on the draft that apparently doesn't exist. Not sure what that's about. No indicator it is saving it for me. I just copied everything to this point because I am going to click what should be the menu. But I'm not sure what might happen. No idea what the flow is here. The menu option brought up a screen that's got a transparent window over it so I can't click on anything. Preview at the bottom, clicked but that shows no preview. Again not sure what took me back to schedule. The pen icon top right. What does that do? It says write. What am I doing now? Back on the main screen, writing with gif and attachment options, preview and schedule. This feels fine, the right page to be writing. I will give a miss on the full screen, unless there's a really simple way to escape full screen, of course. Still not sure what I'm doing. One false move... Copying manually as I go. Preview works. It's a great Font. I'm going to set to publish it in an hour. Here goes nothing. Back again, found the edit option. Scheduling options are pretty cool.
