did coinkite pay for a third party security assessment of their critical code? this is separate from being “open source” and standard practice for software that matters. e.g. most password managers have third party security audits.

last year i built my own version of buzz, but replaced the nostr protocol with my own version that uses ed25519 and binary encoding. it’s still my daily driver for home ai stuff.
