Just back from a long weekend away at an AirBnB in country Victoria where me and the missus put our phones away for 4 days and didn’t go online at all. Had time to cook; made a beautiful pasta dish with a sauce including some super cheap lions mane mushrooms ($1 for 250g) we picked up on the way and homemade salami, grilled some fantastic scotch fillets from @Jake Wolki and had an incredibly good Sunday roast with made-up sides which turned out really good considering the ingredients we had on hand. Beachcombing, kangaroos in the yard and absolutely everywhere, wombats, a warm fire, stargazing in perfectly clear skies, watched Saw 1/2/3, got some good pics with our new Instax Mini Evo and the dog had an absolute blast! Anyway, what’s been happening? Did I miss anything?..
