1.5 weeks after knee surgery and my quad is finally starting to activate. I've been through surgery before so I know this was anticipated, but it just sucks.
As I begin my knee surgery recovery, I am binge watching 1990's movies. I started and currently watching Empire Records (1995).
Any suggestions?
Surgery complete. Both medial and lateral meniscus needed to be fixed. Time for recovery
Today was my last activity before knee surgery. Went to an indoor golf simulator. Next time I can do this will be March.
