Decided to not attend/speak at BTC Vegas this year because Las Vegas is just so… Fiat 😆
High time preference behavior everywhere, fiat food, alcohol, gambling, etc.. Nothing that aligns with my lifestyle.
If going, do yourself a favor and go for a hike at red rock canyon! 🤗
Haven’t been to Steak ‘n Shake in 15+ years but had to show up and get a Bitcoin milkshake with my @primal wallet!!!! 👏🏼🤭

I had a radiologist from the Cleveland clinic, a podiatrist, and a family doctor at my retreat this weekend along with a physicians assistant that came as my karma yogi/helper. I'm so honored and humbled that medical professionals came to learn from me about circadian health, yoga, and all things wellness.
I also had a yoga teacher that’s been in the space since 2012 and a repeat participant that came back after 2 years. I am FAR from an expert but can say I’m DAMN proud of myself.
The weekend was filled with grounding, movement, raw milk, red light therapy, sound bowls, breath-work, meditation, sauna, cold plunge, nature, and connection. My heart is so full ❤️

Retreat name used 4-5 times over the last few years.
Said person is in the same yoga community as you, did their teacher training at the same studio as you, and has followed you for years.
Still addicted to milk with honey. Both raw, of course 🥛🍯
I love moving my body in many ways-whether it's weightlifting, yoga, Pilates, hiking, or calisthenics. Above all, I spend as much time as I can outdoors, ideally without shoes.
Other things I prioritize to stay healthy:
• Blocking/avoiding blue light by using things like
my daylight computer (no blue light or flicker).
• Mitigating non-native EMFs.
Eating as local & seasonal as possible.
Drinking good water (well water with a softene
& a reverse osmosis system that I can add minerals to)
Limiting supplements. Currently taking beef liver & fermented cod liver oil in capsules, electrolytes i few times a week, & occasionally collagen & methylene blue.
Trying to only wear natural fibers (organic
cotton, hemp, linen, etc.).
Using nontoxic household & beauty products,
avoiding harsh chemicals, endocrine disruptors, fragrance, air fresheners, candles.
• Healing/recovery through red light therapy, sauna, cold exposure, acupuncture, body tempering, & sleep.
• Prioritizing meditation/breathwork, reading,
journaling, & play/adventure.
One day you’re vegan and another you’re cooking your grass-fed & finished burgers in lard, serving with a baked potato slathered in butter, and taking dedicated beef liver & fermented cod liver oil. Dessert? A few bites of plain Greek yogurt with honey, washed down with raw milk.
