Giving this a shot! Will be posting anything related to my mma journey or random stuff I find interesting. My ice bath protocol: Before 30 sharp inhales and exhales. In the bath: 20-30 breaths in with short exhales. Hold breath on the last inhale for long as possible. Focus on compressing your air and visualize boiling the water with your body heat. Upon exhale, one more hard inhale and hold for 10 seconds, then exhale and repeat the process till 3 minutes is complete. I’ve done cold plunges in temps as low as 8° Fahrenheit outside.
