Hodling is cool and all. But maybe it’s time to also promote spending bitcoin in western countries? Especially while the on/off ramps are still widely accessible to us. I can live a 20%+ cheaper life right now by sending USD payments from Strike to Paxful, which are auto converted to bitcoin, and then trade bitcoin for widely used gift cards like Amazon, Apple, etc at nice discounts. And I can do it all within a few min because of Lightning, so no need to worry about the volatility. What do you think #[0] #[1]?
