I visited AZ before Thanksgiving. This photo is me on top of the Flat Iron trail on Superstitions Mountain looking over the entire east valley. The trail ends midway and becomes choose your own adventure trail, not for the weak. image

Everyday, on my lunch break, I come to this alley and sit on a bench and meditate. I focus on peace and gratitude and practice feeling those things. Actually feeling it. It’s helped me a lot this year. image

I would like to encourage more thought and discussion around more podcasting apps integrating Nostr. From my singular perspective and experience I have really enjoyed going back and forth on fountain and primal. Also, Considering that many V4V musicians are using it, Open Mike is into it for live events, I think it makes sense for the apps to go where the artists are.
