Getting detoxed from doomscrolling was very important for me to reclaim my sanity and my attention. I don't have a clue of some current things anymore and for 99% of the time that's a good thing, but some things are important to know so I try to check in now and then to not be completely out of the loop.😉

What's up? I've not been very active on social media lately and it feels great focusing on IRL. Going back on it doesn't feel the same. Maybe that's a good thing. Onward.
