Friend went all in on stonks during 2020. Earned alot of money but broke his health due to all the dopamine and stress due to 24/7 market watch which he is dealing with now. I went all in bitcoin at a similar time. I had the dopamine hit but not the stress. And it didn't break my health. I just built on my conviction and stacked sats and now my confidence is so deep its almost impossible to shake. And I don't need to think about anything but stacking.
