If you use exercise as a band aid for an otherwise unhealthy lifestyle
I implore you to instead put that energy towards first improving your lifestyle
And then, only if needed, continue to exercise
A healthful lifestyle should remove most need to exercise
I want to surround myself with men who value & implement personal proof of work.
Nostr should be a creators paradise.
The amount of friction removed in the create content -> get paid process compared to existing solutions is amazing!

Twitter is the rock in the foreground, teetering on an edge.
Nostr is the mountain in the background, built on a strong foundation, but will take some time reach!
The mountains are where I go to be with God. 
I can think of plenty of other places I would rather wake up this morning, but as far as hospital views go, this aint bad.
