One of my favorite Hong Kong drinks, 咸檸七 Haam Leng Chat, a bitter lemon aged in salt brine, served with ice and 7-Up. But something didn’t taste right this time, the 7-Up had sweeteners added to it. I went to 7Eleven to get Sprite as a substitute, but that also had sweeteners in it! Absolutely undrinkable, I’m irreparably sad. Rugpulled by your neighborhood soda conglomerates.
