Quite the nice dawn yesterday morning as I was in town getting a load of grain. The animals were running down the hillside for it once they crested the edge and saw the pile. The birds all ran like a heard of dinosaurs for the grain when I finally let them out. They will get more on Saturday but they don't know that. The main garden is ready to plant I just need to decide what is going where. After dealing with the ram in the morning yesterday I figured out a bike rack for the boys' bikes out of a simple pallet. Works quite well too. Then while getting the loaded frames moved to the new hive I found one frame that had a hanger which broke off and then got taken in the house for us to munch on. The nuc will have a boat load of prefilled frames to work with and should hopefully do WAY better now inside. The #Baofeng UV-26 hts are pretty slick and I'm curious if they can actually put out the 10 watts as advertised. Got my first real thermals yesterday on my 47 minute flight at Tekoa. FINALLY was able to work them and not be super puckered. While the wind was whipping yesterday I got the first bit of tilling done in the main garden. It goes fast enough I guess, given I just have the walk behind. I finally figured out the shake to the car... the rear wheels had dirt caked to one side so they acted like the vibrating motor in your phone, only this happened at 55 to 65 mph.
