The tremendous amount of patience to work on something with 100% uncertainty without seeing any light from end of tunnel? There are days where self doubt trumps the vision and positivity. It takes strength and more than strength to pull it off. I hope I have enough of em. I know I do 😉 Because there's no alternative...
