 Rotating keys with FROSTR is MANUAL
 Shares in a FROSTR keyset are interconnected so a rotation is either:
 - DESTROYING the entire old keyset (and creating a new one)
 OR
 - DESTROYING threshold of shares in the old keyset effectively ORPHANING any lost or compromised shares from that keyset There is no overly complicated rube goldberg multi-round rotation/revocation protocol

Yes, you can keep your nsec airgapped, in the demo obviously I’m copy/pasting it over but it could be held in an airgapped signer. This means I can use threshold of shares to sign and/or recover nsec And I can use my nsec to generate a new keyset (however to rotate I still need to remove old shares from signers manually) View quoted note →
