I thought it would be a good time to post about my thoughts on ‘Autumnal Cannibalism’ and it’s relation to #bitcoin as the conference hangover kicks in. I’ve seen a lot of people in #bitcoin use Dali’s persistence of memory as a metaphor for time and #bitcoin within the space but in my opinion ‘Autumnal Cannibalism’ is much closer to the mark. Most studies talk of Civil war being played out in in the backdrop and timing of the paintings construct and rightly so but it’s Dali’s stance on this that is most interesting. He is merely the bystander and watches on like most of us do as the two sides eat each other. After viewing the recent conference this painting suddenly has new a delightful new meaning for me. We plebs stand sidelined whilst the characters in the backdrop eat themselves up. The watching suddenly becomes more interesting. We are watching this painting being brought to life all over again but it could oh so easily become a different composition. Are we making the same mistakes as before. We all dream of this new world with bitcoin but it’s also slightly surreal as it’s hard to imagine. My first thought was maybe the menu needs another look. #Nostr #bitcoin

💥 Introducing the concept of a Bitcoin World tour. -Starting by booking small venues in towns across America, South America, Europe and Asia. The tour consists of music, talks, performances, art. Bitcoiners and new users can join the tour when they please and leave when they please. All Bitcoiners could donate to keep the tour rolling. They can put folks up for the night or share venues they have good contacts with. Local Musicians can join the tour and play at the venues bringing in revenue streams to help with the tour itself. All this can be played out over #Nostr and other platforms. Imagine have many plebs could be involved helping and joining in along the way. Lots of people want to be a part of this movement in a more physical way. Let’s help that happen. This could also bridge the gap of many events around the world. My thoughts on #TheBitcoinConf Why is it a conference. Why isn’t it a festival. Festivals,including arts, music, talks and poetry have more of an impact in helping people think in new and exciting ways. No young person I know wants to go to a conference. They see festivals as their Mecca. The whole year is built around this place and the amazing time they have. Festivals have their own mini economies and ecosystems. If a festival was bitcoin only the impact would be mind blowing. The experience young and old people have at festivals can be very moving and life changing. Everything is wrong about the @TheBitcoinConf . I need to explore this more but change my mind.

And we can call it the ‘Bitcoin conference’
