I signed and closed on a new house. I got a citation for parking on the street. There's no signs saying you can't park on the street. The citation was given at 3am, we had a big moving truck in the driveway so obvious that we're new there. The house was in my name for less than 24 hours when I got the ticket.
I'm considering going to a judge to have it waived. The car didn't effect anyone or anything, we just moved, and I'd rather spend my money on my two young kids.
