Why the open source community prefers a heavy-censored social media platform like mastodon and not a decentralized and truly free place like nostr? I can’t understand this.

Any people interested in history / religion / theology?
Why I dislike modern electronics?
I have an 1890s pocket watch working in perfect order. It belonged to my great-grandfather. Been repaired only once.
I have an iPhone 13 pro I bought a year ago. It works so poorly that I'm thinking I'll need to replace it in the coming months.
I’m re-reading Sinclair Lewis’ ‘Elmer Gantry’ for the third time since December. It is a real compulsion. I identify too much with the protagonist. Too many situations, too many thoughts are too familiar for someone like me who’s been a Professional Good Man… I transfer all my past, all my yearnings for a path not taken, abandoned, into the reading of Elmer Gantry’s existence.
"God is everywhere because he is nowhere: and this is also true of intellect and soul: for each of these is everywhere because each is nowhere." - Porphyry
I ara tampoc vull deixar passar l’oportunitat de ser el primer de parlar en català a Nostr. Així en quedarà testimoni.
Aquesta nova xarxa social certament és ben NostrA.
