Take things easy on yourself! You're not responsible for everything! You don't have to stop living and moving on just because some people are murdered and there's no justice! It's nothing horible that you keep living your life while so many cruelly crimes are happening in the world! You don't have to blame everyone for keeping silence and being happy! You don't have to always be depressed moaning and feeling like in jail as hell!! This is life dude! We have to keep living in the rightest ways we can We must spread love and hope and positivity. Nothing gets better with negative thoughts and hate speaches... Of course fighting against political cruelty and injustice is our duty as a human being but as long as staying mentally healthy! Mental issues are so silent and dangerious... sometimes you see a person really suffering who never admits!

you could never really understand someone's feelings unless you go through exactly what they're going through. even if you do, you can only guess how they feel, you can't really understand deep down!
