What? Tallow onion rings? Not just tallow fries? I know, there’s some seed oil shitcoinery back at the plant, but hey, this was good. Make up for it by selling beef tallow by the jar. First time hearing about Silvopasture. Suggest adding a hundred acres and integrate a space green / natural burial ground (cemetery) where a tree is planted over each burial. Natural only, no embalming, no casket, cremains okay. 5-10 acre phases get added to the grazing rotation once the sparce sites are “planted” and matured.
