If you are a man aged 16-35 it’s most likely best to avoid intensive spiritual practice Why? Because psychologically you are still in the archetype of the warrior Save spiritual practice for when you exit the king and enter the wise man archetype later in life The caveat is….. if you are truly possessed by the wise man, mystic, sage, etc archetypes from an early age.
