My only concern with zaps replacing likes is the incentive to create content with the goal of getting zaps instead of just organic content creation with no financial motive involved

Even in the richest countries on earth, at current prices the VAST majority of people will never be able to afford a whole bitcoin. When the masses realize this it’s going to be an arms race.
